Buy your tickets – as easy as 1-2-3.

Kolumbus’ ticket app enables passengers to purchase tickets conveniently prior to boarding. The application is valid for use on buses, selected train routes, and certain boat services in Rogaland.

<ul>
 <li>Location: Used to suggest suitable tickets based on the passenger's current zone. Manual entry of stop or station is required if the location function is disabled.</li>
 <li>Contacts: Utilized for sending tickets to phone numbers saved in the user's contacts list.</li>
 <li>Notifications: Enables the app to send alerts for expiring tickets and payment cards. Ticket purchase remains possible even with notifications disabled.</li>
 <li>Background App Refresh: Employed during nightly updates of control codes and images for the upcoming day, ensuring the availability of valid documentation for ticket inspections.</li>
 <li>Mobile Data: Necessary for communication with Kolumbus during ticket transactions. Inability to access mobile data requires a Wi-Fi connection for ticket purchases and inspection verification.</li>
</ul>

To manage access permissions, adjustments can be made via the "Settings" page on the Kolumbus Billett app.
